3. Mga Nilalaman ng Package
Kasama sa package ang:
- 1 x NY-D04 100A Digital Display Spot Welding Machine Transformer Controller board.
Note: This item includes only the control board. Additional accessories such as the main welding transformer, 9V AC transformer, welding electrodes, and foot switch are NOT included and must be sourced separately.
4. Setup at Wiring
Proper wiring is crucial for the safe and correct operation of the NY-D04 controller. Refer to the wiring diagram below for connections.

4.1 Required Components (Not Included)
- Main Welding Transformer: A high-power transformer, such as a modified microwave oven transformer (MOT) of at least 900W, is typically used. The secondary winding of the MOT must be replaced with thick copper cable (e.g., 25 sq mm) to provide high current at low voltage para sa hinang.
- 9V AC Transformer: A small transformer providing 9V AC output is required to power the control board. This should be a dedicated AC supply.
- Welding Electrodes: Appropriate electrodes for spot welding.
- Paglipat ng Paa: A momentary foot switch to trigger the welding process.
4.2 Mga Hakbang sa Koneksyon
- Pangunahing Power Input: Connect your AC220V or AC110V mains power to the primary side of your main welding transformer.
- Control Board Power: Connect the 9V AC output from your dedicated 9V AC transformer to the AC 9V input terminals on the NY-D04 control board.
- Main Transformer Control: The NY-D04 board controls the primary side of the main welding transformer. Connect the appropriate terminals from the control board to the primary winding of your main welding transformer, ensuring the triac on the control board is in series with one of the primary lines.
- Paglipat ng Paa: Connect the foot switch to the designated 'feet Switch' terminals on the control board.
- Welding Output: Connect your welding electrodes to the modified secondary winding of your main welding transformer.
WARNING: Working with high voltage and high current can be dangerous. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated. If you are unsure, seek assistance from a qualified electrician.
5. Mga Tagubilin sa Pagpapatakbo

5.1 Power On
Once all connections are made and verified, apply power to the system. The digital displays on the control board will illuminate, showing the current and time settings.
5.2 Pagsasaayos ng mga Parameter
The NY-D04 controller features two 0.56-inch digital displays and corresponding buttons for adjusting welding parameters:
- Kasalukuyang Pagsasaayos: Use the buttons next to the upper digital display to set the welding current percentage (30% - 99%).
- Pagsasaayos ng Oras: Use the buttons next to the lower digital display to set the welding time in cycles (1 - 99 cycles). Each cycle is approximately 20ms.
Pressing the buttons will increment or decrement the values. The settings are saved automatically.
5.3 Initiating a Weld
With the desired current and time parameters set:
- Position the materials to be welded between the welding electrodes.
- Press the foot switch to initiate the welding cycle.
- The controller will activate the main welding transformer for the set duration and current. A status light may illuminate, and a buzzer may sound during the welding process.
- Release the foot switch after the weld is complete.
6. Pagpapanatili
- Kalinisan ng Electrode: Regularly clean your welding electrodes. Carbon buildup or debris can significantly reduce welding effectiveness and quality.
- Paglamig: For prolonged use or high-frequency welding (e.g., assembling many battery packs), consider adding a small cooling fan to the optocoupler or the main triac on the control board to prevent overheating.
- Mga koneksyon: Pana-panahong suriin ang lahat ng koneksyon ng mga kable para sa higpit at mga senyales ng pagkasira o kalawang.
