- Ensure probe pens are in good condition. Before use, check for damaged insulation or exposed wires.
- Use only original or equivalent (same type/grade) probe pens to ensure safety.
- Huwag gamitin ang metro malapit sa mga sumasabog na gas, singaw, o alikabok.
- Discontinue use immediately if there is any abnormal or faulty performance.
- Ensure the instrument case and battery cover are fully fastened before use.
- Do not store or use the meter in direct sunlight, or in hot or humid conditions.
2.2 Measurement Precautions
- When using the meter, ensure the correct functions and measuring ranges are selected.
- Do not exceed the specified protection measuring range.
- Do not touch the metal parts of the test leads while the meter is connected to the measurement circuit.
- During measurement, keep fingers behind the stylus guard if the measured voltage exceeds 60V DC or 30V AC (RMS).

If the measured voltage or current exceeds the set alarm value (e.g., AC voltage > 750V, DC voltage > 1000V), the buzzer will continuously sound as an over-range warning. The buzzer will also emit 5 sounds about 1 minute before auto-off and a long sound when auto-off is canceled.
6.5 AC/DC Voltage and Resistance Measurement
Larawan 10: Halamples of various measurements.
- Connect the black test lead to the COM input socket and the red test lead to the input voltage/resistance/Circuit On/Off jack.
- Connect the other end of the leads to the power supply or resistance of the circuit to be tested. Ensure reliable contact.
- The meter will automatically judge AC voltage, DC voltage, or resistance and display the polarity for DC voltage.
- If the measuring voltage is greater than about 0.8V, the instrument will compare the DC and AC components and display the larger value. The measured value is displayed on the LCD.
- If the measured resistance is less than about 50Ω, the built-in buzzer sounds.
6.6 Pagsukat ng Agos ng AC/DC
Figure 11: Correct wiring for AC current measurement (series connection).
Important: AC and DC current measurements require series connection to the circuit. Do not directly contact measuring current like measuring voltage; direct contact will burn out the instrument!
- Connect the black test lead to the COM input socket and the red test lead to the current input socket.
- The meter can identify AC or DC current automatically.
- Connect the circuit power, and then read the displayed readings. If the display shows "OL", the input exceeds 10A.
6.7 Pagsubok sa Diode
- Insert the red and black test leads into the COM jack.
- Connect the red test lead to the diode anode and the black test lead to the diode cathode for testing.
- Ipinapakita ng metro ang tinatayang pasulong na voltage drop of the diode. If the polarity is reversed, the meter will display "OL."
- In a circuit, a normal diode should produce a forward voltage drop of 0.5V to 0.8V.
6.8 Pagsukat sa Kapasidad
Important: Fully discharge all high-voltage capacitors bago sukatin ang capacitance.
- Insert the red and black test leads into the input jack.
- Press the "SEL" button to enter capacitance test mode.
- After the capacitor is completely discharged, connect the red and black pens to both ends of the capacitor to be measured. The LCD will display the measured capacitance value.
Tandaan:
- For measurements below 10nF, subtract the distribution capacitance of the meter and leads for improved accuracy.
- Measuring large capacitance may take some time for a stable reading.
- When measuring polar capacitors, observe polarity to avoid damaging the instrument.
6.9 Pagsukat ng Temperatura
- Press and hold the power key for 3 seconds, then press 'SEL' to enter Temperature Measurement mode. Select Celsius or Fahrenheit as required.
- Connect the negative terminal (black) and positive terminal (red) of the K-type thermocouple to the COM jack and input jack separately.
- Place the other end of the thermocouple (test side) close to the surface of the object to be measured.
- The liquid crystal display will show the measured temperature value.
Tandaan: K-type thermocouple distribution has a highest measurement temperature of 250°C.
6.10 Frequency Test
- Insert the red and black test leads into the input jack.
- Press the "SEL" button to enter frequency test mode.
- Connect the other ends of the red and black watch pens to both ends of the signal source or load for measurement.
- The measured frequency value is read from the LCD.
6.11 Firing Line and NCV Test (VC1010 Pen)
Figure 12: NCV induction sensing.
Figure 13: Live Zero Fire Line detection.
- Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds, then press 'SEL' button to enter electroprobe test mode.
- NCV (Non-Contact Voltage) Test: Bring the non-contact voltage zone of the instrument close to the live line of AC voltage (less than 5mm). When a weak signal is detected, the display will show "--L" and the red indicator light will light up. As the signal increases, the display will show "--H", and the red indicator light will be brighter. The closer to the AC voltage line, the higher frequency alarm sound from the buzzer.
- Live Wire Recognition: Press 'SEL' button to switch to the Live characters on the display. Place the red test lead (ensure the black test lead is pulled out) close to the fire test points. If the test point is a live wire, the display will show "--H", the red light will be on, and the buzzer will give a high-frequency alarm sound. If it's a neutral line, there will be no buzzer sound and the pen tip will not flicker.
Tandaan: Stylus detection can be influenced by socket design, insulation thickness, and other factors. Voltage may still exist even without indication. Do not rely solely on stylus detection to determine if a shielded line has voltage. External interference sources (like flashlights or motors) may trigger the probe by mistake.
6.12 Pagpapakita ng Video
Product demonstration video showing unboxing, charging, and various measurement functions.
7. Pagpapanatili
7.1 Pag-charge ng Baterya
The multimeter is powered by a rechargeable battery. It needs to be charged in time to avoid running out of power. Refer to the charging method described in Section 5.2.
7.2 Pagpapalit ng Probe
▲ Warning: When changing the test leads, the same or equivalent test lead must be replaced. The pen must be in good condition, with a level of 1000V 10A.
If the pen insulation is damaged, such as exposed wire, you must replace the pen immediately to prevent electric shock or personal injury.
8. Pag-aayos ng solusyon
- Meter not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the USB charging cable and check if the red indicator light turns on.
- Ipinapakita ang "OL": This indicates that the input value exceeds the measurement range. Check your connections and selected function/range. For current measurements, it specifically means the input exceeds 10A.
- Mga hindi tumpak na pagbabasa: Ensure test leads are properly connected and in good condition. Verify the correct function and range are selected for the measurement. For capacitance, ensure the capacitor is fully discharged.
- No buzzer sound: Check if the function requiring a buzzer is active. If auto power off is enabled, the buzzer will sound before shutdown.
- VC1010 pen not detecting voltage: Check if batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Ensure the pen is in high sensitivity mode if needed (press 'S' key).
- Abnormal performance: If the meter exhibits any abnormal or faulty performance, stop using it immediately and contact support.
9. Mga Tip sa Gumagamit
- Always double-check your connections before taking any measurements, especially when dealing with live circuits.
- Utilize the data hold function (single press Function Keep button) to easily record readings in difficult-to-view mga sitwasyon.
- The built-in flashlight (long press Function Keep button) is very useful for working in dimly lit areas.
- Remember to fully discharge capacitors before measuring their capacitance to prevent damage to the meter and ensure accurate readings.
- For the VC1010 pen, adjust sensitivity (S button) based on the environment to avoid false positives or missed detections.
